A Victorian House set in a rural area opposite the Bannatyne Health and fitness centre incorporating Banbury Rugby Club.

Small family run business with friendly atmosphere and ample breakfast.

We are close to the village pubs. One has its own brewery and is mentioned in good beer directories. The beer I believe is cheaper than other beers and enjoyable to the palate. All of the pubs have beer gardens with a warm welcome to the children.

We extend a warm welcome to our foreign visitors and cater accordingly.

 We understand the needs of contractors and make there stay a happy one. Off road parking.

Special rates for contractors on longer term stays.

For the rambler there are wonderful routes and we have the canal close by.

For course fishing there are ample waters surrounding the area.

Cyclist are given provision for safe storage of cycles.

 
For sight seeing an excellent base we have Oxford to the south (Park and ride 15 minute drive) and Warwick and Stratford upon Avon to the North.

 There is an excellent train service Banbury being on the main line ideal for train spotting we are 2 miles from Kings Sutton bridge where many spotters set up their tripods etc.

There are lots of historic buildings in the area and Blenheim Palace not to far away, most important we are on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Not far from Gloster Green home of parachute jumping and a short ride to Hinton in The Hedges.

Close to Junction 10 and Junction 11 of the M40.
